Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled by Sundry Ltd regarding our d3sv.net advertising technology. Sundry Ltd is located at 71-75 Shelton St. - London WC2H 9JQ. You are welcome to write us with questions or complaints by post or at support@sundryltd.com.

What data does d3sv.net collect?

We collect event data when ads are shown or clicked as well as when you interact with an advertiser's website (for instance when you make a purchase). We use cookies in order to connect events together (e.g. an ad click followed by a purchase) but we rely on the cookie for this. The content of the cookie is limited to the type of previous events, what time they happened and which campaign or ad they were related to.

How is this data used?

We use this data in order to generate aggregate reports for advertisers about campaign performance (for instance highlighting total number of sales that happened after users clicked on one of their ads).

We do not use this data for audience segmentation, profiling or behavioural targeting. The fact we don't store per-user unique identifiers prevents us from aggregating data about individual users.

Aggregate statistics data may be retained indefinitely, however cookie event lifetime is one year or less.

For some advertisers, when you visit their website (if you have given consent) the product ids you have looked at or purchased may be placed into a d3sv.net cookie in order to later show you ads featuring these or related products. This data is never retained on our servers and will disappear as soon as your cookie expires or is deleted.

How can you block our cookies?

We respect the Do Not Track setting that can be enabled in most major web browsers. If you enable this setting we will not set any cookies.

If your browser is configured to block third party cookies, this will prevent us from setting a cookie.

You can also set an opt-out cookie. This cookie doesn't store any data other than the fact you have opted out. When we see this cookie is present, we will not set any further cookies. If the opt-out widget (below) does not work, it is likely that your browser is already blocking our cookie...which is why we can't set the optout.

What about mobile advertising?

Ads on mobile devices are usually delivered through one of two channels: mobile web browser and in-app advertising.

Mobile web advertising (in browser) is tracked using cookies and so the above cookie-based optout applies.

For in-app advertising, tracking is done via mobile advertising identifiers provided by Apple iOS and Google Android mobile operating systems. These advertising IDs can be reset or completely disabled by the user. For more information on how to reset or disable your mobile advertising ID, please see the following links.
